Team Lead HTA / Oncology & Epidemiology• Pharmacist. Phd at Novartis Pharma in Basel, joined HealthEcon in 2012
• 15 years of experience in strategy and tactics of HTA.
• Contributed and led the compilation of 71 AMNOG dossiers, mostly for oncology drugs and rare diseases.
• Project lead for HealthEcon’s EU-HTA projects.
• As a native French and German speaker, also leads the compilation of reimbursement dossiers for Switzerland.
Dr. Stephan Ruckdäschel
Managing Director• Economist. In 2000, joined Pfizer in Outcomes Research and Disease Management.
• Joined HealthEcon in 2005:
* led the company’s development into a widely recognized HTA specialist organization,
* compiled and lead a multitude of HTAs, value and reimbursement dossiers as well as scenario analysis,
* built, trained, and led (EU-)HTA teams and
* established operational readiness for EU HTA, including JSC and JCA.
• 26 years of experience in development and implementation of tailored solutions for pharmaceutical clients.
Projects
Since our establishment in 1981, we have completed more than 1100 projects for over 200 clients. We have supported European governments, associations, sickness funds and pharmaceutical companies. Our clients include most of the global top 20 pharmaceutical companies, as well as small and medium-sized biotech companies.

IMC clinicon is a consulting and services institute for hospital benchmarking, performance data, process optimization and quality management. IMC clinicon is based in Berlin.
AiM (Assessment in Medicine) is a health-economic consulting agency for the medical device industry, dedicated to reimbursement programs. Health technology assessment dossiers are founded on qualitative and scientific methodologies. AiM is based in Lörrach (Black Forest).
